The coronavirus disease was first identified in late 2019 in Wuhan, China. More than five million people in different countries have been infected with the virus in a matter of months. Although many studies have been done on the molecular immune pathogenesis and genetics of SARS-CoV-2, there is still not enough information about the virus. The purpose of this study is to summarize the latest information on SARS-CoV-2 characteristics, transmission, prevention and management to increase awareness and stop the virus transmission cycle. Conclusion: The incidence of post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage, the methods for its management and the need for re-admission are quite different in different age groups. M3 10.52547/jcbr.4.3.15 ER -
